Hello Everyone!

With the holidays upon us, it was time to write with heartfelt greetings, and to wish you a wonderful festive season—may you and yours be filled with joy and have much to look forward to in the year to come.

And speaking of the year to come .....

A Lesson In Secrets, the new novel featuring psychologist and investigator, Maisie Dobbs, will be published on March 22nd, 2011. The paperback edition of The Mapping of Love & Death (initially published in March 2010) will be published on February 22nd, 2011.

In A Lesson In Secrets, Maisie Dobbs accepts an assignment on behalf of the Secret Service, in which she is asked to assume the role of lecturer in philosophy at a college in Cambridge, with the task of identifying any activities "not in the interests of the Crown." In the process of uncovering secrets held by those she meets at the college, she discovers that a few people close to her are also harboring secrets of their own. After all, doesn't everyone have a secret never to be told? Even you?

I'll be keeping you up to date with more information on the book and other news as the publication date approaches, particularly in connection with the cities I'll be visiting as part of my book tour to coincide with A Lesson In Secrets.
